Under the Eaves
Bed & Breakfast is a charming home built in the 1920's and situated
in the heart of Springdale, Utah, just outside Zion Canyon National
Park. This historic bed & breakfast is owned by Deb and Steve Masefield
who offer "English Hospitality" in a home filled with lovingly cared
for antiques and collectibles. The home is warmly maintained and
is surrounded by beautiful terraced gardens and lawns filled with
native plants and trees.

Guests are encouraged
to enjoy the gardens anytime. The front porch is known as the "Best
front porch in Southern Utah", and an hour or two relaxing on the
porch lets you take in the spectacular views of the red canyon walls
surrounding Springdale.
The Main House
has beautifully appointed rooms with a double bed and sink. The
entire second floor of the Main House is a 1200 sq. ft. suite with
wood burning stove, private bath, kitchenette, sitting area, a queen
bed and a queen Futon, and breathtaking views of Zion National Park.
The ground floor
of the Main House includes a cozy sitting room/library area and
the antique-filled dining room. The Garden Cottage overlooks the
terraced gardens and offers two comfortable rooms, each with a queen
bed and private bath. The downstairs room, dubbed "The Hiker' Room"
has a day bed and a trundle bed with private bath.
