Under the Eaves Bed & Breakfast is a charming home built in the 1920's and situated in the heart of Springdale, Utah, just outside Zion Canyon National Park. This historic bed & breakfast is owned by Deb and Steve Masefield who offer "English Hospitality" in a home filled with lovingly cared for antiques and collectibles. The home is warmly maintained and is surrounded by beautiful terraced gardens and lawns filled with native plants and trees.

Guests are encouraged to enjoy the gardens anytime. The front porch is known as the "Best front porch in Southern Utah", and an hour or two relaxing on the porch lets you take in the spectacular views of the red canyon walls surrounding Springdale.

The Main House has beautifully appointed rooms with a double bed and sink. The entire second floor of the Main House is a 1200 sq. ft. suite with wood burning stove, private bath, kitchenette, sitting area, a queen bed and a queen Futon, and breathtaking views of Zion National Park.

The ground floor of the Main House includes a cozy sitting room/library area and the antique-filled dining room. The Garden Cottage overlooks the terraced gardens and offers two comfortable rooms, each with a queen bed and private bath. The downstairs room, dubbed "The Hiker' Room" has a day bed and a trundle bed with private bath.
